Holding of the second NGS workshop

The second workshop of Applied Physiology Research Center was held from a series of workshops on metadata analysis in biomedical sciences entitled variant calling in human whole genome / exome sequencing data in collaboration with the Vice Chancellor of Research at the meeting hall of Vice-Chancellor's Office of Research in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. This workshop was held on Aug 24, 2020 with the presentation of Dr. Abuzar Soreni.
